Easy to follow, informative and enjoyable to engage in .
Easy to understand yet nothing important felt left out
Kyrie was a great trainer. She made what could have been a very boring day, interesting and relevant, allowing us to ask as many questions as needed and apply our real life experiences to make sense of what she was saying. An asset to her team and if I complete this course again I would really like it to be with her.
The instructors manner was friendly and reassuring. Everyone completed the tasks, no one was ‘put on the spot’. I felt very comfortable taking part. The course was interesting and informative.
Andy was a great trainer and he was great at working inclusively with our disabled staff members. He offered excellent suggestions for treating people with learning disabilities. I feel confident that the team gained the skills they needed and enjoyed the day. Andy offered a safe space where we were encouraged to ask questions or take some time if we needed.
Excellent detail and pace, tailored to our needs
Fantastic course and really good trainer who was knowledgeable and interesting. It could possibly tailored more towards likely injuries at Forest School rather than in outdoor activities in general. However, it's good to have that knowledge and if I ever witness a chainsaw injury I'll know what to do!
Response: Hi Tracey, thank you for your feedback! We will take this into consideration for our future courses.
