Useful course, refreshing knowledge from previous training attended. Nice to recap and gain more knowledge. Helpful and knowledgeable trainers.

Very thorough and easy to understand. Trainers made it enjoyable and welcomed questions and group involvement. Very grateful especially for the defibrillator training, which I had not experienced before, very interesting and helpful. Thank you very much!

Both trainers were brilliant and made the course fun and interesting, PowerPoint wasn’t organised to well but trainers coped really well!
