A calm friendly no nonsense course. Very knowledgable trainer who welcomed questions and allowed us to share own previous knowledge and/or experiences. Came away feeling well prepared for any first aid situations.
We were a small group and due to a couple of us having Covid we needed flexibility. We appreciated we could do 1 part off site and 1 part onsite. The instructor was very knowledgeable, interesting, funny and he kept you interested in learning. We feel we learned what was necessary. Thank you
Brendan was really accommodating & knowledgeable. The course was well run, engaging & the team completed it feeling confident in what they have learnt.
Danny and Steven provided a valuable course and they tailored to our needs and gave detailed explanations.
A very interesting course with a friendly trainer, Thank you
