Very prepared and made it very easy for us to learn engaging with everyone on the course making sure everyone is on board impressed
Brendan was fantastic, he was incredibly understanding of peoples individual circumstances and how some might find the course content upsetting. He is amazingly knowledgeable and we felt we are ready for any situation that may occur onsite thanks to him. Everyone who was on the course wanted to thank him for his time, understanding and patience
