His explanation of the difference between Cardiac Arrests and Heart Attacks was brilliant and he explained how the heart works in a manner that provided much clarity and helped me understand how the heart works in those situations. There are things that have change over the years of what you should and shouldn’t do in first aid which I wasn’t aware of, so it was very interesting to know. It was good to learn new things and have a better understand of other first aid do’s and don’t’s.
