Brendan was an energetic, engaging and enthusiastic trainer. He was very sensitive to any dips in energy levels and suggested short breaks or moving outdoors to re-energise. The course was very practically focussed which was ideal for the Mole Valley Ramblers Group. He made a potentially dry subject very interesting and informative.

I have been trained before in First Aid, but this is the first time i feel comfortable and confident in my ability to be a First Aider and to assist when required. The only comment i would make the trainer's accent was sometimes difficult to understand especially towards the end of the session.
