Absolutely fantastic. I came away feeling confident and more prepared if an incident occurs. Stephen was an excellent trainer- he really knew what he was talking about, had no difficulty answering questions and made it feel easy and straightforward rather than daunting and scary.
Tony was superb, very clear advise and tailored it very well to put needs. A pleasure.
Excellent teaching catered to our needs perfectly.
Tony was great, made everything easy to understand and presented things in a practical manner very well. I now feel a lot more prepared to deal with first aid.
