Great course, and I really appreciated Tony's practical approach regarding what to do if you don't have the right equipment or can't recall all the details of training. He instilled a lot of confidence that trying something sensible is better than doing nothing, and that you're not going to get in trouble for trying to help. I feel much more confident than I have after some previous first aid courses where the emphasis has been more on remembering the exact details of how to tie a triangular bandage correctly, which I'm unlikely to recall a couple of years later in a stressful situation!
Scenarios outside might have been more beneficial
Great course, well constructed and perfectly delivered. Engaging throughout. One suggestion would be to do the online assessment after the in person training.
Overall excellent course, delivered well and at a good pace. I even learnt a thing or two.
Really useful and informative course. Learned loads and found the trainer very personable and approachable.

Everything was explained really easily and in an accessible way. Our teacher Stephen was really easy to talk to and we all felt very open in asking questions.
