Excellent training and competent trainer. Very useful and helpful course.

Paul my trainer was excellent. He had a great wealth of knowledge and explained things very well. He listened to my comments and questions. We ran through the day at a good pace. We were moved to a cold room on the top floor of a baptist church, with no milk or biscuits as advised. Was disappointed with the lack of organisation on Surrey First Aids front as there was a mix up by them and I was the only delegate on the course. Hence we did not start the course till 9.50am. This was fine by me but other women might see this as an awkward situation.

Brendan was a very good teacher did it in a relaxed and fun way so it made it easier to take it all in by the end of the course we all had all the information to make a difference to someone’s life if need be Well worth while

Really enjoyed the course. It moved at a good pace and covered everything I needed.
