Jen was very informative and made sure that everyone understood everything she was teaching, she made sure that we all had the time to learn properly and that can be difficult in a group setting. she was lovely as well and really enjoyed the training session.

Eddie was fantastic and made the course interesting, easy to understand and even during the current COVID-19 pandemic made us all feel safe whilst carrying out the training. I had done this course 3 or so years ago and although the previous instructor was good Eddie managed to keep everyone's attention throughout the day.

Derek our trainer, was lovely, friendly, funny and kept us all on task. It is a long course and his friendly approached helped. Under the conditions of COVID, it was restricted but as most of us had already completed a First Aid course before, this did not have a detrimental effect on what we learnt. It was very informative and I personally got alot from what was offered.
