Very well run. Kept to tight schedule. Tony was friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and kept the course pacy. All resources were good. Good mix of practical and theory. Felt like I learned a great deal.

Excellent course. Enjoyable scenarios Just to note that only two loos (one for gents one for ladies). As majority of delegates were female there was a longer queue!

Thoroughly enjoyed.... haven't done a first aid course for years. Seemed to have remembered most of it Only suggestion/improvement to any course, I would suggest is:- If person is bleeding always worth obtaining information on any medications they are on, as can effect bleeding. For example aspirin inhibits platelet function, so clot formation essential to stop bleed won't happen! Anticoagulants eg warfarin affect coagulation pathway and will take significantly longer to stop bleeding
