Excellent teacher! Really interesting and interactive. Helps to keep attention. Need to confirm the accuracy of location more than once before the course starts as 50% of us went to the wrong location!

Previously went to attend training and the class couldn't access the venue. Surrey first aid rearranged the course free of charge which was great customer service. Steven was a great trainer. I will recommend to others.
