Well delivered course with a good mix of practical & theory.
Lots of experience, comprehensive, digestible.
Trainer provided an amazing session where the flow and educational side were spot on. We built up and learnt how to apply the skills all in the moment. The trainer was gentle but clear with his approach to sensitive topics.
Stephen was amazing at the delivery of the course.
