I cannot fault this course from start to finish. The staff at this beautiful venue, both at reception and the office providing lanyards were helpful, friendly and welcoming. Brendan was brilliant; obviously experienced and knowledgeable, his humorous style of training made what could have been a fairly matter-of-fact course into a thoroughly enjoyable and informative experience.

I really enjoyed the main trainers, Tara and Steven. The last trainer, was very softly spoken and I struggled to engage with his stories. Overall, I enjoyed this course and it reached its intended purpose.

Danny was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us on the course. The venue was not entirely suitable for the outdoor work.

Good recap of general first aid requirements plus good examples of scenarios in the forest and implementing the first aid knowledge we have. Wooded area not entirely suitable for outdoor work but we improvised

Great trainer. Really relaxed and never made anyone feel like their questions were silly. Let us adapt the course to suit our own requirements. Nice mix of practical and theory. Thanks!

Brilliant presenter, kept it interesting, got us all involved. Enough breaks, good information when questions arose. I certainly feel more prepared, should a first-aid response be needed.
