Great trainer. Really relaxed and never made anyone feel like their questions were silly. Let us adapt the course to suit our own requirements. Nice mix of practical and theory. Thanks!

Generally a well run course with an experienced trainer, who did a good job. Some teaching material was a bit out of date. There was no access to hot food.

Response : Hi Will, as the venue is a college, unfortunately, the cafe is not open at the weekends which is beyond out control. This is mentioned in our reminder email. Thank you for you comments about the teaching material. We review this periodically in line with the HSE guidelines and will ensure this programme is the next one done. Brilliant presenter, kept it interesting, got us all involved. Enough breaks, good information when questions arose. I certainly feel more prepared, should a first-aid response be needed.
