It was clear and explained very well

Very engaging and lots of additional medical info which i found fascinating. It was great to known the medical reasons behind why the body reacts in a certain way or what is happening inside the body when these medical emergencies happen

A very useful and comprehensive first aid course

Andy was enthusiastic and humorous and made this an enjoyable and effective course. I particularly appreciated the practical elements and also the clear presentation of symptoms and treatments - especially within our school context. The videos of people dealing with incidents (seizures and burns) was effective and I would like more of this.

Very good course. Really informative. Made the thought of having to step up at an incident a little less terrifying.
