THIS WAS SO WELL DELIVERED IT WAS ENGAGING IT BUILT RAPPORT WITH THE GROUP BEFORE THE REALLY DIFFICULT ASPECTS IT WILL BE REALLY USEFUL
This was a fantastic introduction into suicide and providing first aid and support. We have to hold difficult conversations with staff weekly and it can come at random and we can often feel unprepared. However I now know the warning signs to look out for and how to hold conversations about suicide.
Very valuable and useful training around a very difficult subject, delivered sensitively by the trainer.
A well delivered training session with a tutor who is very knowledgeable in this subject.
Loved this course has made me feel so more confident in this area. The role play was great and I will be looking into the further options this course has opened up
