I think it should be called suicide prevention training as that is clearer and a more accurate description of what we were taught.

Despite the nervousness I felt the Day 5 went well. I recognised places where I had not given enough time and forgotten the names, and the tips from Fiona are really useful. I was very encouraged by Fiona's feedback and also the feedback from the learners too. I found that I understood the course even more having delivered it.

I am truly thankful to receive this training that was delivered in a thoughtful and professional manner. I felt confident enough to ask questions and felt safe enough to process each piece of information. I was a little nervous beforehand, Catherine`s reassurance put me at ease as I was determined to learn. I especially appreciated the tips and instructions on when faced with a crisis and the thought processes tat goes into planning a suicide. It was truly thought-provoking experience. I have already recommended Catherine to other organisations Huge thank you!

I enjoyed this course and felt I had a really positive learning experience. I felt the content was good and the materials as made the course really engaging and non-triggering which made it really accessible and I was able to easily take in the learning while maintaining my personal psychological safety.
