All good, the work booklet in particular appears very straightforward and easy to use and engage with.
A very useful course to help me in my work as a Peer Suppport Worker. I feel I now have better skills to help people to start discussions about suicide.
Response: Really glad it enhanced your knowledge and skills in this area Catherine, thank you for taking the time to give some written feedback.
Not an easy topic but course informative and well led.
Response: Thank you for your feedback Tia, I hope the course met your needs and enhanced your knowledge around suicide prevention/intervention.
Good engagement, time well spent, found Tricia very engaging
Really great course. I feel more comfortable and confident now speaking to someone who may be experiencing thoughts of suicide. I also understand the signs, and resources to sign post to. I also liked the emphasis on it's not all down to us to give solutions, we can't be there 24/7. I would have liked some extra content on self care at the end. Perhaps more group activities i.e. the chance to practice conversations but the breakout rooms didn't work which impacted this!
Good course, think more of the general public should be made more aware.
There was a lot to cover in a short space but I understand that's because it was the 'lite' course. The tutor was relatable and made all participants feel relaxed. If I could give one suggestion, during delivery, the phrase "the script says" was repeated, which I didn't feel was needed.
Unable to pass feedback on Sofia due to Alison being the trainer doing the majority of the input
