Very useful course

Good thank you!

Thank you so much for taking out the time and effort to help better the perceptions on mental health. It helped give a fresh outlook on things. I only wish it were more in depth.

It was Jane's first course delivering this, but felt she was fully qualified to deliver it, having delivered mental health courses before, and having had experience of mental health and suicide. Liked her positive approach as obviously it is a gritty subject, but she delivered in such a way as she engaged the delegates and also sensitively checked they were feeling OK. She delivered the material well and the course was very useful and helped us identify situation and receive advice on how to deal with them and know where we can get help and report safeguarding issues.

Content/pace could be improved with a faster schedule in the morning. Everyone in the group had already taken part in the MHFA course so I felt that the extensive background and knowledge base was not as necessary. If this training is delivered to people that have not been on MHFA or similar courses, then the overall training package is fine.

Great but trainer needs more confidence

Staying until 2030 at night is extremely difficult.
