I feel much more confident to have conversations around suicide. The framework and scripting are something I will refer to on a regular basis. It certainly didn't feel like a whole day's training and thats really saying something especially with the course content

Material was great and the tutors were fantastic but online learning for that period of time was exhausting and didn't really support a great learning experience that is gained when face to face.

Following my day 5 the first course I delivered was a face to face one so very different from being on line, especially when 1 person was late, so repetition of some elements had to be delivered.

The day 5 was hard work and had knocked my confidence a bit. I need to get back on the horse and have a good experience my tutor was good but I was not really ready.

Overall, the course enabled me to access knowledge, gain a deeper insight, but most importantly it allowed me to reflect my own relationship with suicide. I learnt a lot about myself.

Really enjoyed having people from different organisational sectors which gave more to the course and enabled different discussions.

Got a good understanding and step by step guide to help customers or friends in the future (dismantle and areas and experts to go to for help
