Good content but may be difficult to fill transfer to our work environment, given the nature of complaint resolution

A really well presented training session especially being online. The Tutor advised that it was not possible to share the Presentation but a similar workbook would be more useful with the actual processes we discussed. The workbook sent is really just a tool to use with not much of the guidelines and information discussed.

I attended the course as a means of rounding out my call handling techniques, as I spend a lot of time on the phone both to the public and those reporting to me. The course underpinned a lot of the things I do when speaking to people already, and has given me a level of confidence that I didn't perhaps have before in dealing with a conversation where the other party could be considering suicide as an option.

THE COURSE WAS INFORMATIVE AND WILL HELP ME AS A PRINCIPAL TO INCREASE MY LISTENING SKILS AND UNDERSTANDING AND BE A STRONG MORAL SUPPORT TO ALL MY STUDENTS AND STAFF MEMBERS.

Alison was a very good trainer and she was so helpful around my additional needs as a deaf participant which was great. I really enjoyed it and would be happy to be hear of any further training along these lines in future. Thanks Alison :)
