I was skeptical before doing the training and thought that it might be a presentation heavy training. But I actually did enjoy the training and the content was just the right amount and perfectly presented. Good activities intermixed in the training to make the delivery even more effective.
I think the length of the course and the depth of the content was appropriate and works well

Thank you Louise, you are very patient on all the questions. The introduction course was last week. The Intermediate and the Advanced were held on a Monday and Wednesday, well this is how it was for me, and it was great because the previous class was still fresh in my mind so it really helped. I think that to apply the knowledge there is an additional need to work with a group in a section, so that we all know what to do and how to make the best use of Excel because it is powerful , it creates collaboration and good time monitoring and most importantly reduce unnecessary work.

Incredible. Very clear and balanced. I've learn so much, in details but also Louise gave us a more profound understanding on all the options excel can offer. Definitely a great improvement for me. Thanks !
Knowledgeable facilitator and quite engaging. Quite comprehensive for a one-day course but would be even better if spread out for at least two days.
The trainer, Anna was lovely and very helpful throughout the session and provided plenty of opportunity for discussion. I felt that it could be a bit longer a we seemed to run out of time at the end and I felt we could have used a bit more information in relation to how to go about providing solutions to bullying/harassment in the workplace. Overall - a great session!
