Came to the course feeling like a tech nerd, but quickly realised I have been asleep to the development of most of these AI tools. Really enjoyed the introduction to these tools - which was taught in a friendly and interactive way. There is simply so much to learn, but at least now I have so many links to make all aspects of AI readily accessible, and continue learning how to apply them to my needs.
Enjoyed the course, looking forward to use some tips and tricks in practice and achieve great results. Thank you
A refreshing and insightful walk through personality types and negotiation fundamentals. Good ratio of practicals bringing the team members to think on their feet. If I could wish for more: I would love to have a little more of the role play content on difficult conversations I think would would allow us to see and gain even more from the whole experience .
Ann is a good presenter. She covered all topics with live examples which really helped in getting a full understanding.
Good to learn high level theory and practical tips for influencing.
A good overview of the procedure but could maybe use some pre-recorded examples of techniques in interviews what do to and not to etc.

It was a good course for an overview of PowerBi. We would need something more detailed to learned the full ins and outs of the system and how to get good reports from it.
Very informative & have learned some important points
Ann is a lady, with a wealth of knowledge and experience. Would have liked more on the reflection section on the survey analysis. Time well spent. Enjoyed the in-person session.
