Although the amount of hours online was big, the content was really well taught by Martin and the constructive discussions he incentives makes the experience even better with space to grow our knowledge based on shared experiences from others.
The content was more applicable to me as a business analyst than any other course I had taken. This focused more on the information in the requirements document, requirements gathering methods, and various models (process models, class diagrams, use cases, etc.), which helped understand which approach is more appropriate in specific situations. The course clarified interview/workshop questioning techniques, defined the distinction between functional/non-functional/technical requirements, and presented a context diagram (understanding actors who interact with the system) that I would like to point out and use. The trainer was very accommodating and handled all of the questions that were brought during the session. As expected, all of the subject that was intended to be covered was finished in three days.
Orla was professional with lots of real life experience. I enjoyed the 4 hours.
There's a mountain of content, so the instructor made a good effort to go over what is important and why it is important.
