Found the group working and interactions very good. Explanation of mural very good and a useful tool to have people honestly say what the issues are and give all a voice. Very practical tools to improve work life balance and appreciate the whole focus wasn't just on how to be more productive at work but in personal life too.

1. Good intro to SCRUM AGILE. 2.need AGENDA on meeting and start of course 3. would benefit with objective of course at start and how senior stakeholders think this will be used in our organsation

The course gives a good high level understanding of scrum. I suppose that this is a journey and this is an starting point trying to show the basics and show benefits in other companies complemented with examples Nice course overall considering the time

Very informative presentation on the principles of agile and scrum. Not a reflection on the presenter, but session was poorly positioned within GBS, and I think there was some misalignment between expectations of presenter and what was achievable in this initial education session. Rating below is based on my understanding that training objective was to give an education session.

Good intro to the topic, but will need to do more thinking as to how to introduce the concepts and/or tools effectively into the team.

This was one of the most beneficial courses I've been on over the last 2 years. The mix of exercises & content was good in keeping you focused.

Very engaging and enjoyable course with valuable takeaways. The success of a course of this type is always dependent on good interaction between the participants, and our excellent presenter succeeded very well in getting that interaction going.

Overall I found the course to be extremely well run. I think the course was well structured. Orla was really well informed on the course material she was explaining but also had real life examples to relate back to. I enjoyed the fact that not only did we learn the theory but we were also able to put it into practice in the breakout rooms.

Really made me think of how I am in meetings and even day to day dealing with people and will make me more aware in future. Orla was very easy to listen to and kept us all engaged. Thank you!
