I really like group exercises. The only issue was with technology (webex rooms and accessing Miro in the morning). Robin is very knowledgeable coach and we've got answers to all questions. I'd say it would be maybe good to include more real live samples, as it was in module 1.

Great to get an outside perspective of time management which isn't dictated by our own work goals. Focusing on a the person first rather than the team is needed because we can't perform unless we look after our own health and management skills first.

Very good course and very good trainer... Whilst it is great for employees it would be great for directors too. The course has provided me with tools to aid in my realistic time management and to do lists. Also, it reiterates that personal time is key to life too not just work.
