Very fresh and interesting perspective on management goals, needs and overall very useful information for both new and aspiring managers. Ann has a very calming and kind way about her and was very supportive and informative on all questions asked!

The training itself was Interactive and self engaging. Ann was very enthusiastic and came across as a very professional trainer which made the trainer more interesting. I got a sense of what my weakness and strengths are and how to build them up and grow and develop going forward. The breakout rooms gave me the opportunity to engage with other members of the Commission which was a big plus.
I really enjoyed the morning, Ann is a friendly and knowledgeable tutor. The personality types were very interesting. I was not familiar with the variety of reports and the layout for each, I could go further into this I think, to familiarize myself with Flyleaf's etc. Great tips for future reporting and I'm a little more confident now should I be asked to report on anything. Ann had great tips to improve my writing.
