I know it's not an Excel course, but maybe 2 days (or extra half day) of training to show us how to manage all the content in Excel specific to PM, so in my case I would be able how to improve or edit the file based on my department's needs. Overall, I loved the course and would definitely share it with people. Thank you Chris.
I found the course to be an overall positive experience. The content was relatively easily understood and will be of great benefit in the future. The lynchpin of it all however was our instructor David both in his deliverance of the course material and his assistance on the subsequent project. David's easy going manner, his in-depth knowledge of the Lean & Six Sigma systems and his generous support of us three novices was a large factor in our completion of project.
Anna was excellent from start to finish and really put me at ease. I felt much more confident facing in to the interview after our session.
David's attention to detail, particularly on the project aspect of this course, has been invaluable to our progress and success to date. David's professionalism and knowledge of this subject matter must be second to none and will make a substantial difference to the way work is carried out in this Office going forward.
