I found the course very interesting and well presented. It was done at a good pace throughout. The interactive parts throughout the morning were great and really useful to see the theory in practice there and then. The quiz at the end was also good fun!
Found the course very good in terms of providing an overview of LEAN principles. The trainer was excellent and brought the principles to life with practical examples. I enjoyed the practical exercise as it demonstrated the removal of non-value add very effectively. I would sign up for more training in this area with Trigraph.
Great simplified application of Lean principles and course was accommodating to all levels. Level was just right and not to technical. David's knowledge and flow throughout the course was refreshing and energising and just right to get people 'thinking'. The lego simulation was genius and great level of participation / competiveness was great to see.
This was a great intro for everyone. The content and delivery time allowed everyone to remain engaged. Some great tips to kick us off!
Excellent course - the technical nature of the content was brought to life so effectively through the 'props' used to demonstrate the principle of Lean. Trainer was excellent - lovely style, so engaging, and transferred the learning in a way that was easy to comprehend - the story telling assisted in the understanding too!
