Mike was a really great instructor, handled our questions and challenges really well. I like the game on the second morning, there was a lot of theory the day before so learning by doing was great!
A lot more practical application will be needed before I'm confident in the role. The more our organisation uses the theory the easier I think it will become
I thought the course was overall very interesting and very well delivered. The afternoon session peaked my interest a bit more than the morning session as I felt it was more beneficial to learn about the different personality types and how best to deal witht them. Thank you very much to Orla!

I thought the course was very good in understanding the different communication styles and identify which one applied to me. Also, interesting to understand how I thought others perceived me and my style and the positive/negatives etc.

A great day of learning. Practical and purposeful, and applicable to everything I do. Great insights to other project work and how my role (and that of my peers) can cross-over and assist in projects across the entire organisation. Really valuable course and one which I would like my wider team to consider participating in, in the near future.
I thought the course was well delivered and that this is an excellent course for people of varying levels of experience with projects.
Workbook and slides seemed to be misaligned. It was too broad And hit too many areas to be effective in any one area.
Course well delivered with good host / group interaction. Based on good experience and examples.
