Very detailed and interesting course. I think it would be more successful to expand to 5 days rather than 3, but overall I enjoyed it and found Mike very helpful and insightful.

Michael was well versed and very well organised. There is a lot of info to take in and after day 1 I wasn't sure about how much I was going to retain but was surprised by day three about how much I remembered. The refreshers were very handy. Loved day 3

Without prior warning no cuppa to start. No food at 11 break again without warning. People took long journeys to get to a place snarled up with traffic and need offer of refreshments before 12.30 in the day. Round tables not suitable as some sitting with back to presenter or colleagues.

Mike was a really great instructor, handled our questions and challenges really well. I like the game on the second morning, there was a lot of theory the day before so learning by doing was great!

A lot more practical application will be needed before I'm confident in the role. The more our organisation uses the theory the easier I think it will become

I thought the course was overall very interesting and very well delivered. The afternoon session peaked my interest a bit more than the morning session as I felt it was more beneficial to learn about the different personality types and how best to deal witht them. I thought the course was very good in understanding the different communication styles and identify which one applied to me. A great day of learning. Practical and purposeful, and applicable to everything I do. Great insights to other project work and how my role (and that of my peers) can cross-over and assist in projects across the entire organisation. Really valuable course and one which I would like my wider team to consider participating in, in the near future.
