Very good course with the right balance of slides v exercises. It would have been great to start brainstorming / process mapping our own process while everyone was in the room although appreciate that would be too much for 2 days
Really enjoyable and informative course. The 2 days flew. Activities were well thought out and the explanation of the various stages of the process and how a process can be improved was very relative.
John was very personable and made the content very real and interesting. I thoroughly enjoyed it and learned a lot.
