Great mix of theory and practice. Fun course which re enforces the theory with practical examples of improving efficiencies.

Very good session overall. It was not easy for the trainer with such a large group. But David facilitated and engaged with all of the attendees really well with great eye contact. There were a large number of slides. As the session is limited to 3 hours, I think it would be helpful to have fewer slides that are relevant. Also some of the slides looked very busy with a lot of text. The lego sessions were very interesting and helped showing live examples of losses, money made etc.
