I found the course very engaging and Eric was an excellent and very knowledgable presenter of the course material. I will definitely use some of the material and technique’s included.
Joe clearly has deep and broad knowledge of AI and he is excellent at sharing it at just the right level for his audience. A great introduction to the power and utility of AI models/tools. I'd recommend for anyone - and could argue that it should be mandatory for anyone in a leadership position.

Really engaging, diverse examples, practical exercises to keep attention and focus. A little challenging at times to consider applying to information management or service tasks, but useful principles and concepts.
