Louise was brilliant, so engaging & very thorough in making sure everyone was understanding the content. Course itself was great, I would say it is more leaning to basic side with only some intermediate areas covered but definitely good as a refresher & excellent for anyone looking to begin using Excel. Even though I use it frequently I still came away feeling that I had learned new tricks and things to do on it which was great. Thanks Louise!
Louise explained in detail about the questions we had and spent time explaining. the cheat sheet for the formulas is handy too.
Very informative being using Excel for a number of years and still learnt quite a bit, Louise was very patient with colleagues who were not as familiar with Excel but still kept the training on track - looking forward to the next course
Great course, really informative. I think it can be a bit heavy for beginners maybe split the day into a theory and a practise but over all fantastic.

Excellent course. Trainer had great expertise on the subject of Prince 2 and Project Management in general. Course content and materials well set up.
