Excellent I learned a lot about designing surveys and the Trainer was very clear and put forward the material in a way that was easy to understand and to ask questions.

Ann was a very engaging, knowledgeable, and encouraging trainer and kept the pace of the session high enough to still get through the content rapidly given the 3 hour timeframe - but also at a sufficient/appropriate depth given the broad range of knowledge and experience in the room.

The trainer delivered some really useful tips and was able to go in depth in answering the questions we had. Very easy going and communicated very well.

Worthwhile course and good to spend time preparing for applications, especially for Agency Staff who are unfamiliar with internal Applications. Only comment is that 1 hour rather than 2 would suffice. Thanks for arranging.
