Lots of valuable and engaging content. Eric had a great way of ensuring we all felt in a safe space to be open and test the waters with our presentations no judgement just helpful all the way through start to finish. Will definitely be utilising the skills picked up from today going forward.

Excellent course content and trainer was clear concise, very helpful , approachable and very easy to chat with.
Joe clearly has deep and broad knowledge of AI and he is excellent at sharing it at just the right level for his audience. A great introduction to the power and utility of AI models/tools. I'd recommend for anyone - and could argue that it should be mandatory for anyone in a leadership position.
Very enjoyable course. Good practical exercises and well facilitated. Looking forward to applying some of these ideas in the real world.

Really engaging, diverse examples, practical exercises to keep attention and focus. A little challenging at times to consider applying to information management or service tasks, but useful principles and concepts.
