Great course and we’ll presented with everyday examples
The practical training playing out various scenarios / using negotiation skills was so much more beneficial than reading theory from a textbook....course excellent and trainer constantly related the learning experience back to our actual work situation.

I found the course really informative and helpful
Without prior warning no cuppa to start. No food at 11 break again without warning. People took long journeys to get to a place snarled up with traffic and need offer of refreshments before 12.30 in the day. Round tables not suitable as some sitting with back to presenter or colleagues.
The printed material was quite technical but the trainer applied a real life and practical focus to the course which was invaluable and made it easy to learn data analytics. The course was enjoyable due to the skills and experience of the trainer and the examples shown that relate to common scenarios in business. The use of these scenarios was extremely beneficial and I was happy the course focused on this rather than focusing too much on the theory of data analytics.
