This is very simple and informative. I often tend to assume people know what they are supposed to do and lack of compliance is due to lack of respect for authority and not necessarily lack of knowledge about what one needs to do. This short clip has given a different perspective. I will practice this henceforth and see how it goes

As a new starter in a new role in an industry I am not very familiar with, this course will help me get the necessary support from my colleagues. By being able to ask the right questions, I will elicit more enthusiastic and useful answers from my colleagues who have more information (and experience) about the role I have taken up.
