After discussions with other participants, it appear that I have the feeling that some people will continue to follow their former methods. To me, open-minded spirit is the first key to this kind of course would be effective.

Wasn’t expecting that kind of course at all when I was enrolled and received my inscription notification - and it turned out to be very surprising, useful and quite fun actually ! Learned a lot of useful tips and will definitely use them on a day to day basis at work and out as well. Karen was lovely, very clear and overall it was 2 great days of training ! Thanks a lot
