Sometimes I did find myself wanting Greg to speed up. He talks, at times, slowly and goes over old ground.

Greg was very clear and concise. Took away some great new skills. The participant manual did feel a little childish and could do with being updated so it's more adult appropriate.

Nicely paced and informative. Some useful tips to apply in day to day duties.

Really enjoyed the session and have lots of hints and tips to take away to improve the accuracy of a number of tasks in my current role.

Interesting course with useful course materials e.g. tip guide and email check list Effective in highlighting what we can do better and reminding us of the importance of checking in a structured way.

I think more time at start defining/clarifying 3e's would be good as I was unsure as we were applying them in exercises what the difference was between the 3.

Greg as a Trainer was v friendly and interactive. The training brought things to the forefront of my mindset again. Helpful training. Some of the slides/clip art did feel a little childish but didn't take away from what I got out of the training.
