As an EI practitioner, this was a good introduction to h subject of emotion in the workplace I enjoyed listening to Sukh and also the reflection at the end. I particularly like the comments about managers recognising emotions in their teams.Response : Hello Emma Thank you for your comments on this new podcast with Sukh Pabial. In December we are releasing a second podcast with him, again related to EI, and this time on topic of 'Improving Working Relationships'. Do look out for this one, too! Thank you again.

GOODResponse : Raymond Thanks for the positive feedback. You also have access to 'Feedback: Fixing Performance Problems' in your WATCH & GO library, which is another useful resource that looks at feedback within an organisation. It's one of our longer videos - running for 15-minutes but worth a watch if you are looking for more information on feedback. Regards, Esther
