The overall course was extremely insightful, I have come away understanding why mistakes are made and how to prevent these mistakes. It will be something that I use not only in my working role but every day life situations. Alice is a brilliant trainer, I liked how she got everyone involved in the tasks, so you could gain different perspectives. Would highly recommend this course for someone who struggles with concentrating/distractions and their role involving processing a lot of data.

Great workshop, lots to take away and apply to my role. The adjustments required are relatively small but will make a difference to the way I do things and reduce my errors (because there are always errors to be found!).

I believe that the course will benefit my accuracy levels, it will be interesting to see the impact if I put certain things into practice. The trainer is great, very engaging. I liked the activity booklet and the fact that the content was very engaging - there wasn't time to be distracted or look away as you were always preparing for the next task or question to get involved in which is great.

Brilliant course. Right up my street. Enjoyed it and the time flew by. The highlighting bit was a bit of a faff in adobe but I'm not sure there is an alternative that would be better. Once the click on the hand instruction was said about to turn off the highlighter, that would be easier. Didn't affect my enjoyment of the course. Thank you.

This is the first full online course I've attended that has been fully interactive. Some extremely good tips and ideas for moving forward and improving accuracy that I will take with me.
