Really great and informative course. Very well set up to be remote, and still found it engaging (which is difficult over teams!). Greg was wonderful and gave lots of helpful tips. Great to also have Esther should anything go wrong. I can really see this improving my accuracy and overall performance in my job. Thank you!

I really enjoyed this course, as someone who struggles with attention to detail, I find myself making numerous silly mistakes, this course has helped me become aware of the "science" behind concentration. For example, taking structured breaks to reset your mind, as well as other techniques like breaking data up into clusters in order to develop a rhythm like way of remembering. Greg was an excellent trainer with plenty of knowledge and very good communication skills making the training interactive and easy to pay attention throughout. The material provided helped with applying what we were discussing and learning, and the fact we could reflect on where we were doing things well and other areas not so well was very helpful. Lastly, I thought the breakout rooms where a very effective way to express what we learned as it was on a much smaller scale meaning me could not only express our understanding, but also get other members understanding of what was being discussed. Overall, this course was very useful and would be a great course for any other team who process data.

Really useful. Some really helpful strategies for improving accuracy, and the importance of ERGO breaks. Will put into practice straight away.

I really enjoyed the course, it was interesting and i know will benefit my work and accuracy. The structure and pace were easy to follow and i found Gregg easy to engage with. I would recommend this to any team. Whilst some of the points may seems trivial, take breaks, don't try to multi-tasks or work for long periods, i think these things need to be pointed out as a reminder that these aspects greatly affect your ability to work effectively and accurately, so I appreciated that this was included.
