Really interesting course and Laurell was so fantastic - really clear and knowledgeable, as well as warm and friendly. I think we ran out of time slightly to focus on some of the practical applications but I'm confident we'll take these forwards as a team.

Course too long at 3 hours. 1.5 hours would be better. Good understanding of the different types. Too much focus on the different types and not enough practical tips/role play on how to improve relations with or interact with different types

I thoroughly enjoyed the session. Personal branding/Personal impact was an interesting topic and I will definitely take on some of the things that I learnt throughout my career, such as improving communication through body language and pitch and tone. I have already noticed that I am becoming more aware of the image that I want to be perceived. By networking, asking more questions in meetings and asking for regular feedback I am sure I will improve my personal brand moving forward. The session was engaging as it was interactive, and splitting into breakout rooms worked well. I look forward to the next one.

Session on Personal Brand and Impact was an interesting and useful opportunity to begin to understand how one might manage their image. Laurell was friendly and informative and provided all members with the opportunity to contribute to the session, allowing us to also learn from each other.

Some of the things mentioned I am already doing with the team, e.g. daily catch-ups, once a week chat about everything apart from work...
