Course too long at 3 hours. 1.5 hours would be better. Good understanding of the different types. Too much focus on the different types and not enough practical tips/role play on how to improve relations with or interact with different types
Trainer was fantastic, clearly knowledgeable but I felt like I had covered a lot of what we had in place already
