A really excellent day. I was absolutely dreading it but Fay struck an excellent balance between the professionalism needed and required with an approachable and down to earth delivery style that eased the nerves as much as possible!

a good course and brings in the skills required for undertaking an expert appearance in court. Along with the prequel course, it works very nicely, especially as I did them back-to-back
