Our trainer was very articulate and confident. She put us all at ease very quickly, and this meant we were not too intimidated to ask questions or show our inexperience.

Good to have the handout; would be helpful to have the whiteboard notes (although I did write my own notes) ; could include CV recommendations in the book Case studies were tricky as had to be made up but it was helpful to make it complicated and challenging and face cross examination; feedback was helpful
