It was a really eye opening and informative course, and whilst I’m unlikely to be in a position where I personally attend court, knowing what my team can expect will enable me to support them effectively.
New within the role and was missing information but after this course I would feel more confident if I ever got called to court
The training was well paced and well delivered. Very informative and practical.
Brilliant enthusiastic and knowledgeable trainer who had great insight as well as being personable and building a great rapport with trainees
Really well presented and a very interesting day. Thank you.
Really great training session, engaging and informative. Andria was incredibly enthusiastic and encouraging and it was an extremely useful day to for use in the future in my role. Her style of training with theory taught using flip chart, PowerPoint and discussion, live cross examinations and some videos, made the session engaging and I’m sure will mean I will retain the information provided, thank you very much, I’m never enjoyed a Friday
Great trainer, really helpful! Taken away lots of tips to improve. Especially liked how to combat difficult questions and take control of the situation.
Engaging and interesting content and delivery
Really enjoyed it, glad I volunteered for the cross examination. Will definitely be putting the learning into practice.
Excellent refresher training after many years as an Analyst.
