Interactive and very interesting workshop. Now I know how to (super) concentrate on my tasks. I need to remember to take ErgoBreaks. I've learnt about the 3Es technique: essential, effective and exemplary. Now I need to put it into practice.

The trainer and the course was great and i learnt aspects from the course to make me more accurate in work, in just one day its difficult to tailor everything to such a wide variety of industries but the course was useful nonetheless.
