Great session, Niki was engaging and knowledgeable about the subject. I feel a little more confident about this unit now.

The trainer is excellent and is able to keep a level of enthusiasm throughout the day that kept me engaged throughout. He combines exercises and his own delivery very well and is overall friendly and engaging
